I wear a mask to protect others as well as myself. Last March, when this was first starting, my father and my grandfather both contracted COVID-19. After 6 days in the hospital, my dad returned home and made a full recovery. My grandfather, however, did not, and he passed away in April after spending weeks alone at the hospital. I know firsthand the toll this disease can take on others and I want to keep as many people from knowing that sadness. So I do my part, stay home when I can, and wear a mask when I can’t."</image:caption>
